Parsley Root
Parsley Root has a pale white color but it closely resembles a parsnip. The leaves of the parsley root look similar to the flat leaf Italian parsley and are used in the same manner as regular parsley leaves. Parsley root has a nutty flavor and is similar to celery and carrot. It can be used in various forms like raw, sautéed, cooked or baked and for making stews, soups and salads. It is rich in magnesium, potassium and Vitamin K.
